The Messaging Centre is your command center for all outbound communication. It goes beyond single-client messages, enabling targeted broadcasts to groups of clients.

Key Functionality:

• Unit Balances: Clearly see your available balances for SMS, WhatsApp, and Email units, with quick links to top them up.

• Message Calculator: The system automatically calculates and shows how many messages you can send with your current balances.

• Advanced Targeting:

  • Client Segment: Filter recipients by specific criteria (e.g., all expired clients, all clients on a specific router, all clients in an apartment).

  • Mikrotik: Send messages to clients associated with a particular router.

• Full Scheduling: Schedule the date and time for your message to be sent.

• Template Support: Use pre-defined templates or write custom messages.

• Dynamic Tags: Personalize messages at scale using supported tags. The system automatically replaces these with actual client data, such as:

  • [name], [phone], [internet_plan], [amount]

  • [expiry_date], [paybill_number], [bank_account_number]

Example Use Case:
Send a renewal reminder to all clients whose plans expire in 3 days. The message "Dear [name], your [internet_plan] is expiring on [expiry_date]." will be automatically personalized for each recipient.
