Get a complete 360-degree view of a client's account, service, and transaction history on a single page.

The client details page is the command center for managing an individual subscriber. It presents a holistic summary and provides quick access to essential management actions.

The page is organized into clear sections:

  1. Client Profile: Displays core information like username, contact details, and PPPoE credentials.

  2. Service Status: Shows real-time connection data such as PPPoE Remote IP, latest ping (with online/offline status), current balance, and auto-renewal settings.

  3. Active Package: Clearly shows the current service plan (e.g., "PPPoE - 150 MBPS"), its status, bandwidth, and expiry date.

  4. Quick Action Tools: A dedicated toolbar for common operations:

    • Transfer Client: Move the client to a different router or ISP.

    • Access Client Router: Direct access for troubleshooting.

    • Sync: Manually synchronize data with the router.

    • Extend: Gracefully extend the current package.

    • Recharge/Renew/Activate: Process payments and activate services.

    • Send Message: Communicate directly via SMS/Email.

  5. Analytics & History:

    • Monthly Transactions: A visual graph of the client's spending over the last 12 months.

    • Hotspot Access Trend: A chart showing usage patterns over the last 6 weeks.

This feature empowers your support and admin teams to resolve issues quickly and understand client behavior.
