Key Functionality:
Channel Selection: Choose to send a message via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
SMS Unit Management: Your current SMS unit balance is displayed prominently. Sending an SMS will deduct from this balance.
Scheduling:
Scheduled Date: Plan your communication for a future date.
Scheduled Time: Specify the exact time for the message to be sent.
Message Templates: Select from pre-defined templates for common communications (like renewal reminders) to save time and ensure consistency.
Custom Messages: Write a unique, custom message for situations that require a personal touch.
Character Counter: Keep track of your message length to ensure it fits within SMS limits.
