The "Send Message" feature allows for direct, personalized communication with a client from within their profile. It is ideal for sending payment reminders, service notifications, or promotional offers directly to the person you are viewing.

Key Functionality:

  • Channel Selection: Choose to send a message via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

  • SMS Unit Management: Your current SMS unit balance is displayed prominently. Sending an SMS will deduct from this balance.

  • Scheduling:

    • Scheduled Date: Plan your communication for a future date.

    • Scheduled Time: Specify the exact time for the message to be sent.

  • Message Templates: Select from pre-defined templates for common communications (like renewal reminders) to save time and ensure consistency.

  • Custom Messages: Write a unique, custom message for situations that require a personal touch.

  • Character Counter: Keep track of your message length to ensure it fits within SMS limits.
