Message Batches
Monitor and manage all your bulk messaging campaigns in one place. Track the status and outcomes of every batch sent.
Whenever you send a message to multiple clients, it is grouped into a "batch." The Message Batches screen gives you a high-level overview of these campaigns.
For each batch, you can see:
The Message Content: A preview of the message that was sent.
Type: The channel used (SMS, Email, WhatsApp).
Date & Time: When the message was scheduled and sent.
Statistics: The number of messages sent successfully versus those that failed.
Status: The current state of the batch (e.g., Completed, Pending, Processing).
Actions: Options to view more details or manage the batch.
This feature is essential for confirming that your large-scale communications have been processed and for identifying any delivery issues that need to be addressed.
